RFI and submittal log aging checker
Old RFIs and late submittals turn into delays and claims. Paste the log export and see the open items ranked by how late they are, without building a pivot table.
Free. No account. Nothing you paste leaves your browser, and no AI runs on our side. We count tool clicks anonymously, never what you paste.
Columns detected from headers: Number, Subject, Date sent (or Opened / Submitted), Due date, Date answered (or Closed / Returned), Status, Ball in court. Only the sent date is required.

Go further with AI
Copy a prompt into ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot along with your exported results. Check your company’s AI policy first, and have a person review the output.
Prompt 1
Here is my overdue RFI list: [paste export]. Draft a short, firm but polite follow-up email to each party with the ball in court, listing their overdue items by number and subject and asking for a response date. One email per party.
Prompt 2
From this RFI aging export [paste CSV], write the RFI section of this week's OAC meeting minutes: open count, overdue items, oldest item and which items may affect the schedule. Mark schedule impact as 'to be confirmed' unless the log says so.
Prompt 3
Read these RFI questions and answers: [paste]. Group them by trade and topic, identify repeat issues that point to a design gap, and suggest one coordination action for each group. Do not invent RFI numbers.
FAQ
How is days open calculated?
From the sent date to the answered date, or to today (or your check-as-of date) if the item is still open. Overdue days count from the due date for open items.
What counts as closed?
Any row with an answered or closed date, or a status containing Closed, Answered, Approved, Returned, Complete or Void.
Does it work for submittals?
Yes. Use Submitted for the sent date, Required or Due for the due date, and Returned for the closed date.
Is my log uploaded?
No. It runs in your browser and nothing you paste leaves it. We only count tool clicks anonymously.
Does it cost anything?
No. It is free with no account and no per-use cost.
